Emilie Kim

The first ceramic piece I made after a year of taking online ceramic courses. I could only learn how to build with clay during online class, so making this piece is when I got to work in a ceramics studio for the first time. I never used glaze or fired my work until I made this piece, and opening the kiln and seeing the transformation of this sculpture made me realize that I wanted do ceramics for the rest of my life.
